We serve as external general counsel and advisory board member for European SMEs expanding internationally. This includes corporate governance advisory, board-level strategic counsel, regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, and ongoing management of the legal architecture supporting international operations. Our PRC work permit allows us to serve as director of Chinese subsidiaries - a rare capability among European practitioners.
