Ascofirm brings over 25 years of experience in negotiation-driven dispute resolution across multiple jurisdictions. Our practice encompasses commercial mediation (including under the new PRC Commercial Mediation Regulations, effective May 2026), international commercial arbitration, and cross-border settlement negotiation in complex, multi-party disputes. We are developing candidacies for appointment to leading arbitral and mediator panels, including HKIAC, ICC, CIETAC and SIAC.

We operate a WFOE in Shenzhen positioned as a cross-border mediation platform for disputes between European and Chinese enterprises.
